The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.

Schedule: 4/10 (Monday - Thursday)
Shift: (1) Position First Shift: (6:00am-4:30pm) (1) Position Second Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am
Job Summary Job Responsibilities - Responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget
- Follow written work instructions must maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Properly use required PPE
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Know all safety requirements including proper plant ventilation standards (respirator usage, no smoking, use of safety glasses, etc)
- Properly log in and out on assigned jobs and complete appropriate paperwork
- Read and interpret manufacturing processes, blueprints and other work instructions
- Completely maintain and clean up equipment, blast booth and booth area
Job Responsibilities Part II Qualifications - High school diploma or GED
