Responsible for maintaining the flow of Ginnie Mae original documents, the full-time Document Management Specialist will track, order, and manage records for loan servicing, ensuring timely completion of pool certifications while coordinating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Complete research to clear exceptions for Ginnie Mae pool certifications and maintain monthly exceptions reports Coordinate transfers of documents with custodians, title companies, and attorneys to resolve pool exceptions Track, prep, scan, and upload custodial documents while processing daily file requests for loan servicing Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Two to three years of experience in banking, real estate, or mortgage servicing; similar clerical roles may be acceptable Knowledge of servicing systems (e.g., LPS) and various loan documents preferred Familiarity with Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac document retention guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills; knowledge of office equipment is essential
