Key responsibilities Operate scanning equipment to image claim documents and manage document indexing and routing Handle urgent mailbox requests, reconcile checks, and prepare outgoing correspondence Open, sort, and batch incoming mail, while assisting with special projects as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of office experience Proficiency with computers and standard office software Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks Experience with insurance claims documents is preferred
