LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

PowerHouse Recruiting is honored to be recruiting for a highly respected, award-winning luxury landscape design firm located in Chicago's North Shore.

We are looking for a Designer with approximately 3+ years of experience who brings creative talent, a passion for landscape design and, most importantly, a desire to continue learning and growing.

You do not need to be a licensed landscape architect.

You do need to love design.

You do need to be a team player looking for a career home.

You should be able to show us your creativity through a portfolio, be comfortable with technology and design software, and be excited about becoming part of a collaborative studio where experienced leaders truly want to mentor and develop you.

WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT?

The company has developed a thoughtful onboarding and training process designed to teach you its approach to design, estimating, technology, project workflow and client service.

You can expect hands-on training and mentoring, with the goal of preparing you to begin taking ownership of your own landscape design projects.

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU:

• Have approximately 3+ years of design & landscape experience.
\n
• Education: A degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Landscape Design, Engineering, or a related design discipline is preferred.
\n
• Have a strong, creative portfolio you are proud to share.
\n
• Have a genuine passion for landscape and outdoor design.
\n
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems/software, experience with Aspire is a huge bonus.
\n
• Experience estimating landscape projects is a plus, but it is not required.
\n
• Value mentorship and continued professional development.
\n
• Are excited to grow into increasingly responsibilities over time.
\n
• Comfortable working in our offices located on Chicago’s North Shore, Illinois, or are willing to relocate.
