Job Overview

Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens process. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences but also manage all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodation, travel arrangements, and more. Focus on providing care to your patients while we take care of the details.

Work Schedule

• Full-time options: 5 days a week (8-hour shifts) or 4 days a week (9-hour shifts)
• Shifts available: Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; or Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM
• Minimum of 3 late shifts per week (until 7 PM); at least 1 weekend day per month
• Patient load: 20 to 27 patients per shift, depending on the schedule
• Setting: Pediatric outpatient clinic
• Office-based procedures are required
• Focus on primary care, preventive care, and same-day services for patients aged 6 months and older
• Primarily serving a Spanish-speaking, farm-working family demographic

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $70.00 to $92.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call, and holiday work. For specific details, please consult your recruiter.
