Join Our Team as a Healthcare Provider

Job Responsibilities

• Full-time commitment: Choose between 5 days a week (8-hour shifts) or 4 days a week (9-hour shifts).
• Work schedule options:
  • Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM
• Minimum of 3 late shifts per week (until 7 PM) and at least 1 weekend day per month.
• Manage a patient load of 20 to 27 per shift, depending on the schedule.
• Work in a pediatric outpatient clinic environment.
• Perform office-based procedures as required.
• Provide primary care, preventive services, and same-day care for patients aged 6 months and older.
• Serve a primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family demographic.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $92.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work. For specific details, please consult your recruiter.
