Job Description Job Description About the Role We're looking for a hands‑on PLC programmer who can hit the ground running on customer sites with minimal guidance. This is a field-focused role that requires both electrical troubleshooting skills and strong programming ability. What You'll Do Travel to customer sites to commission, troubleshoot, and support automation systems Diagnose and resolve electrical and software issues independently Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and VFDs Work with limited documentation in fast-paced environments Requirements Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs (required) Ladder logic programming proficiency (required) VFD programming experience (required) Basic networking skills including assigning/changing IP addresses, pinging devices, EtherNet/IP communication, and Modbus Ability to troubleshoot both electrical hardware and PLC software Comfortable working independently with little supervision Willing to travel approximately 1 week per month Nice to Have Experience with Siemens or AutomationDirect platforms Panel wiring or electrical drawing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr HOA Controls LLC
