**Position Overview:**

As a Project Manager at Enviroairsolutions you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing various projects aimed at enhancing air quality and environmental sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This is a remote position allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to meaningful projects that make a difference.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Planning and Execution:** Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

- **Team Collaboration:** Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams fostering a collaborative environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on roles responsibilities and project milestones.

- **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Risk Management:** Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

- **Budget Management:** Oversee project budgets ensuring that expenditures align with financial forecasts. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as needed.

- **Quality Assurance:** Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports meeting notes and project deliverables. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Environmental Science or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in the environmental or sustainability sector.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Waterfall MS Project Asana).

- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
